Every company that has ever recruited me has been pretty clearly sticking me to one recruiter at a time and had a file on me and all my interactions with them, even across recruiters and over time as recruiters left and new ones took me on. Except for Amazon. I've been contacted by at least 5 separate Amazon recruiters for different teams, even though I fairly recently even had a phone interview for one team and ended up breaking things off as I accepted an offer elsewhere. And yet here we are again today getting yet another amazon recruiter emailing me as if I've never spoken to them. Wtf?
They are building one in house
We have a good in house system. Probably the recruiters did not look you up on the system.
There's definitely an in house system. It's often not used right, and I see phone screens come through for people who were rejected like two weeks ago. Definitely sloppy, and I sometimes wonder if Amazon recruiters are grinding and need to meet tight numbers or something.

Quitting this Slave life
that's just sloppy of them. I doubt they don't have a CRM/ATS. you have to keep track of candidates somehow and data for reporting. more likely they have high turn over like most recruiting functions, some mass email when they narrowed down a search. others may have short rules of engagement time so you get a new recruiter trying every few months.
