My wife signs into Amazon on her phone and I get a text to verify. This is not 2FA auth. Any way to turn this off?
By definition of 2FA it is technically a second factor. But it is shitty lmao
What i meant to say is I do not have 2FA enabled
Just tap to respond and it’ll allow her in
As I said I am not near my phone(due to working in a secure facility)
Then enable 2FA and set the Authenticator on both phones using the same account so she doesn’t have to bother you ..right?

Yea you can set up Authenticator app instead of your phone number to verify.
