Amazon stack ranking
I changed teams recently (February) and my previous manager is pissed. Can he rank me as LE or will my new manager do the ranking ?

If you changed teams in February, your rank would have been set by your previous manager. That being said you now have a new manager, so improve yourself to the new manager.
He can't do shit now. You're free from your previous manager.
