Decision depends on what teams you are and you will work with at each company but feel free to negotiate hard with google considering you are coming from Amazon. I don’t know data points in your location but negotiate hard till the point conveying recruiter that you will reject the offer because numbers are not great!
Location is Dublin Ireland. My initial G offer was ~95k. I showed my MSFT and Fb offers and they bumped to 130k which seems the max in this location, they offered also change in location to Zurich, but I can’t relocate without my wife (she is also l3 G). Team based both MSFT and G looks decent.
