1 yoe Got an offer 135k + 9k signing + options to work remotely for a startup Amazon offer will likely be for Sd1, no numbers yet. I heard it’s very likely to get pip’ed at amazon. which do i take?

Amazon has 50k employees just in AWS. You will always hear good and bad stories from companies at this scale, don't generalize it and choose a remote startup to start your career! Don't be afraid in beginning of career
