Hi everyone, I would like to get your help / comments / advice with an offer I just got from AWS. It’s remote but based in Spain, L5 level. I was promised by recruiter that if I get mid-level L5 TC will be around +/- 95k €. However, I was told today that they only want to offer me an entry level position , which is around 70k€, so, what to do? Should I just reject it? I don’t really get how I, supposedly, did just so so in the panel but still get the offer.
Customer solutions manager
I'd reject any lowball offer from AMZN. Don't get sucked in at a low rate.
YOE? Hard to help otherwise
15, first years as a new tower engineer and then as a support team manager.
It is very hard to grow internally, better get a proper lever from get go.
I would clarify on main post that you mean CSM-Customer Solutions Manager cause people will see "oh 70k for a SWE with 15 yoe thats peanuts!" and looks like you are going to be more of a support guy in Spain. If is more money, you think will like the job I dont see why not, but you didnt post your actual salary so no idea how this will impact you.
Which position?
