He's great at media relations and being inspiring, not so great at running a billion-dollar company. He needed to go, the real question is what's his replacement like. I'm sure he'll still do CNBC interviews as exec chairman.

He is very smart but brutal. There is nothing he likes more than moving with Speed and urgency. He is ok if you are not 100% right but you need to be producing some results and iterate. Our team worked directly with him before he became CEO.

Thats about to change my friend. This guy is no nonsense. You can’t BS your way because he has/had deep operation experience (he knew FCs/SCs/delivery station SW in & out and tech as well. Don’t know how he managed to put so much in his brain.
