Friends, can a senior manager level person get a confirmed ticket ? Or only stand by ? What’s the base salary for a senior manager role?

Base salary for sr manager at AA should be in the 180-250 range . No confirmed tickets .
That’s incorrect for most positions. For most positions, sr. manager salary is $130-180 with mid-point being $150. Some IT positions have a little bit higher pay ranges, but it doesn’t go as high as you described. Bonus is 15%.
$130-180 sounds about right for lv 5 IT. Would not be surprised to see lv6 make $200+
Stand By only. Director and above get confirmed (incl family, spouse, kids under 26). VP and above get confirmed first/business. Airlines pay low, so a sr mgr would be $150-175k max tc
How many confirmed does Director and above gets in a year?
I believe it’s unlimited as long as that inventory is available. So most of them book their travel way in advance.
