friend works there, he seems to like it. lot of koolaid in terms of culture but in a good type of way (for example a lot of employees plays games together, even ceo, 1 day wfh per week even before covid, frequent team outings) and product seems promising within the analytics space. The comp should be decent but idk details. I heard no refreshers unless you get promoted, but it's not too difficult to get promoted.
