BIE?
It’s just a title inflation. It’s data analyst role check salary online it’s 🥜
Most Sr AE roles I see have a base between 140 and 220. Not bad if you're assuming equity on top of it.
Data platform engineers makes double of that. More Like Backend distributed systems
"Analytics Engineer" is capitalists' way of hiring a single person to do the job of a "Data Engineer" and a "Data Analyst" at the same time for low TC at the benefit of the employer...
👌
Data engineering work is a fundamental requirement of both data science and analytics domains. If you find a data scientist that can't do DE work, they probably aren't worth shit

Heard EPAM was not great to work for, can you confirm/deny?
Hard to say, my client was bought by Epam while working for them. Haven't met enough epam ppl to know for sure.
VP 6 yoe 200k
How's the WLB at GS being a VP ?
really team dependent. I have great wlb (35-50hrs/wk)
I wouldn't necessarily call myself an "Analytics Engineer", but I work in analytics under the engineering domain, so... Manager 7-8 years Low COL $220k
I thought DoorDash paid much better, especially for manager. Is this post stock drop?
Pre-stock drop; I wish it was post drop lol ...also wish they paid better. Though to be fair, the only time I feel underpaid is when I check Blind, because when I talk to my peers, they all make less. Though I also joined a bit ago, so might be due for a job change, except the market is absolute crap.
