Anduril Offer Evaluation or Wait
I have what seems to be a pretty good Anduril offer for L4 (paper RSUs) and my recruiter has been a GOAT and says this is on the higher band, but I have some final loops for Amazon and StubHub next week and I have a one week deadline on the offer. I also just got in the team matching phase for Meta today, but with the state of things, no idea how long that will take or if there will even be enough HC for me… Additionally have a full remote offer for another place with super good WLB but TC is low because of paper RSUs (Anonymous offer). No idea what’s best here for the long term - Do I take the offer? Wait for meta? Go through the loops and hope they move quickly? I quite like Anduril, is saying I’ll drop all those loops a good negotiating strategy? Anduril people, how’s this offer? Is there room for negotiation? Thanks! i think anduril is super sick and would be awesome tk work for. Based off what I’ve seen on twitter most people there are pretty stoked to work on what they do. Do you have interest in defense/aero/national security? stubhub is a waste of time lol so it’ll boil down to meta vs anduril
I also think it’s super sick and do have an interest. For me though, I think what I’m mainly concerned about is the potential future impact of having meta on my resume (liquid tc is nice too lol saving for a house), but if I were to not take Anduril, I risk being jobless again even despite making it through meta loop :/ Additionally, don’t really want to burn the bridge with Anduril if I were to listen to Tesla below

I’d say don’t wait, say you’ll drop your other loops for a bit more equity if you really wanted to negotiate. I’d aim for 300 tc

Looks like a well-negotiated L4 offer. Congrats on joining, people here are passionate about their work and I personally think it’s much cooler than Stubhub or Meta (no shade to those companies though).
I was reached out for a Head of position. Any idea what the pay for that would be? It is Top Secret clearance and requires 15+ years of experience.
Do you already have active TS clearance at amazon?
Take Anduril and ask if they'll up the sign on if you drop all the other loops. Leave if you get a better offer from Meta
