I have offers from AngelOne and Flipkart with almost same CTC. Which one should I pick? I have almost 4.5 YOE as backend developer. Flipkart is a dying company. If you plan to stay longer avoid Flipkart

Avoid flipkart at all cost. Super unethical and toxic. On top of that there is no meaningful work
That’s bad, couple years ago angel was giving 60 for 3 yoe How it reduced to half
I'm not sure, maybe covid times you are talking about. But this is what they are offering after negotiation
