Has anyone had success with Angellist job applications? I’ve had one person schedule a phone interview with me in all the applications I’ve submitted. With LinkedIn, I have way more success. What do you think and why does Angellist have a lower success rate?
1. Cofounders post directly on AngelList and do a shit job of following up. Admin work is beneath them but also too expensive to hire an actual recruiter 2. AngelList stack is poor if you are hiring is what I was told. They often don’t see messages real time.
I got to the offer stage on angelist. The comps is usually too shitty to justify the risk.

I've not tried angellist but I have an active account with them for startups. With LinkedIn job portal I've had zero success even for a phone screen when I was actively job hunting a while ago. I've had better success with indeed
