Annual review at apple
I recently got an offer from Apple and based on the overall package it seems they have placed me at the beginner ICT5 level. What kind on annual hikes, bonus, stock refresh can i expect? I understand that it completely depends on your performance in the year, but wanted to get an idea as to how it will vary for a very good to average performance?

250k over 4 years ? Or 250k per year (basically million over 4 years )?
Isnt it always over 4 years? In my case 250k is over 4 years.
Base is good but the initial grant is low. I would have expected around 500k at least for ic5. Or may be that's how apple always pays - idk
No, Apple's ic5 is way more than this.. this looks like high band ic3 offer or low band ic4
Agree. Stocks sound low to the base. Atleast 500K stocks.
This is definitely not level 5.. you are not even hitting 300k tc...
