Annual stock refreshers grant at PayPal
Expecting an offer for SWE 3 at PayPal. Recruiter told SWE usually gets about 50% of inital RSU grant as a part of annual stock refreshers vested over 3 years in Feb following year. Current employees, whats the typical refreshers for SWE3 in recent years ?
What’s your offer ? If you would like to share . 40- 60k for 3 years . I don’t know the max range but have seen 100k for 3 years too ( for top performers ). Our vesting schedule is for 3 years not 4 yr.

Agree with mlOP82. Although did not see 100k for se-3. Max I have seen is 70-75k. But that is very rare. So don't consider the high end. 45-55k is probably the sweet spot.
I got offer for SDE-3 and want to know how much is an average stock refresher people get every year at PayPal. TC: 190K
The range mentioned here is correct. Have been at PayPal for multiple years now. 40-60k over 3 years for SE-3 is what you should consider. That probably covers more than 95% population at that level. 45-55k is probably the sweet spot.

I have mentioned the yearly stock refresher above. Almost everyone gets some amount in stock refresher. You probably won't get it if you have lowest rating like "needs improvement".
