Any advise on NetApp?

I just ran into a job opening with NetApp as a Cloud Support Engineer and wanted to know how the culture and the compensation is? i was trying to find information but couldn’t find much. I currently work as a Desktop Engineer 3 in Humana and I am certified as AWS Solutions Architect associate with a year of experience in Cloud.
