Any chill teams in Amazon seattle?

For a current L6 TPM with great reviews. Not lazy but want to take a break from my current crazy situation (and worsening) in my current team. Hopefully close to Day 1 building. Hoping for regular (but productive) 10 to 5, INFREQUENT evenings and weekends, and decent non-a**holes team mates. Need to get my humanity back. Too much to ask for?

TPM is tech. But there must be another world out there ☺️

Feel your pain, brother. (Or sister?) Lol

That’s pretty standard for TPMs at Amazon. Each team will have some sort of flaw that the TPMs will have to backfill, otherwise the TPMs wouldn’t be needed. Maybe look at a different company?

I have a tpm role looking to build out a team or take over an existing team, depending on which way you want to go. And it’s within AWS

So you want a part time job? Cool, sign me up too while you’re at it!

Hmm. Busy 10 to 5 with a few evenings each week is a part time job?

Do you eat lunch? If so, sounds like about 30 hours a week, which amazon classifies as part time. But I don’t blame you, esp if you can still handle your business. Just think it’s a bit unrealistic to start a new team with those expectations. Most veterans on my team go into chill mode after they’ve proven themselves (~a year or so).
