Amazon just announced that they'll remain mostly remote. A lot of people seem to prefer that. Good for them, but I hate remote work, and it's killing me. I was hoping for in-office (meaning that my colleagues are there as well), and I'm sure there are others who feel that way as well. Are there any companies who are fully in-office right now, or are committed to it? 3+ days a week if it's the same 3 days would also work. Anyone hearing sentiment from founders who also think local-only is the way to go? It seems like there's room for both in this market, and employees can choose which they want. #on-site #returntooffice

Considering you work for Amazon I would think you know that’s not what they announced.
Amazon offices have been open through most of the pandemic. No one’s stopping you from going in if that’s what you really want.

Workday
Can’t believe workday literally sells us and many other companies a white box CRUD app. Any intern can write this app themselves. It’s sad we pay workday so much money for such shtty SaaS. “Yes I would like to Waive waive insurance” 0 Customization. Obviously written by a developer without any design or PM input.
