Any electrical engineers here from ERCOT?
Any power systems engineers/specialists here from ERCOT ISO? What's the company culture and work-life balance like? And what's the typical compensation for an entry level engineer? Would you recommend joining ERCOT if I wanna make a big TC in power markets?

Work life balance is solid. Pace of work is slow. It's a good place to get started and then jump to Market Participant to get a decent raise. Compensation isn't great, but they do match 14.5% on their retirement accounts. Their benefits are top notch.
EPCOT? I think they make you walk around the park all day in a costume. Prob gets hot.
