Too long to read. Is that tax liability more “expensive” because the stock tanked. Conversely if the stock rallied like no tomorrow Zoom style, would the tax liability be more “expensive” or would it be “less”.
The issue is that Uber unilaterally made a change to the stock agreement that cause employees to owe way more taxes. Uber owes us money and we are trying to get it back
