Any funding resources for training?

Hi everyone! I am intetested in taking public speaking courses online and it looks like my company only funds university classess that gove you credit. Are there any resources, fundings out there that you can apply to take classes? I’m thinking most likely not because what would be the incentive if you arent their employee or something...but wanted to ask. Thanks!
