Any good ethical healthcare companies?
If I’m gonna work 40 a week for 40 years I wonder if that’s good ethical companies I can work for. Might as well not feel like I’m doing nothing useful every week.
If you wanna work in healthcare it's basically an endless pit of bad ethics held together by incompetent systems, so you feel like you're working on something important but it won't make you feel any better

Yes of course. There are absolutely healthcare companies building medical devices and software in an ethical way in the best interest of the patient. There is also a ton of regulation and audits that help further enforce this. It is not entirely clear if that is what you’re asking though.
When folks ask are there. The questions usually understood is “if so can you make them”. That’s why the first reply was a name of a company. Because most folks understand what the question is asking past just the yes and no response.
I’ve worked for ethical healthcare companies. They focus on healthcare, not tech. I left for a reason, and no longer work in healthcare.

I’ll take ethical enough as a potential candidate. Cause even a little bit is good enough to not make the 40 years feel like I wasted lots of time.
