Germany salary should be well above 120k base salary. My 2YOE L4(about to be promoted to L5) friend hits 70K salary without extra on-calls, bonuses and RSUs.
@meta i spoke to a friend (15+ years experience, great results, etc) just now that interviewed for a l7 snr manager role in the nordics this last winter. His proposed tc was 270k euro, base 130k, signon 90k over two years and the rest in standard rsu schedule. This was turned down by aws
If they really want you they will propose 300k range with relatively low base salary.
