Any insight into Wavestone?

Question

Wavestone is recruiting on my campus (I'm in a part-time MBA program.) They sound intriguing but I'm struggling to find much information about working on their U.S. team, and there are a few scary-sounding reviews on Glassdoor. Can anyone provide any insight into their culture, compensation, clients, and/or recruiting process?

Beause it's Blind -> Current TC: $110k
Post-MBA target -> ~30-50% more

Rumor has it they have a good training program for new college grads.

They just acquired the small consulting arm of Everest Group in the US. Probably worthwhile to do some diligence on Everest as well. Fwiw I’ve heard it’s alright, but most projects are outsourcing gigs.
