Any insights into Netflix (L5] tech support role?

Read some good info on Netflix. Any insights into their L5 tech support role? How customer facing is it? Trying to get away from heavy customer facing roles for a while. A tad burned out on these big budget projects that have no end. But some customer interfacing is okay. How is on-call rotation? I also like hybrid but office is in Los Gatos? #netflix #support
