A recruiter reached out for a PM role there. Anyone had experience or exposure to culture and potential of the company (or to be exact, division)? Asking “for a friend”.
how is the interview process?
Curious too. I’m constantly hearing from their recruiters but hate the whole leetcode crap most places put you through.
I interviewed. Coding challenge, phone interview, onsite with whiteboarding. Same as any other tech company. I found it on the easy-medium side.
No, they use only ARM.
hahaha obligatory mastercard joke

What do you need to know?
Is the work interesting? How is internal politics / work environment, after being acquired by GM? How is the compensation like? Thanks in advance!
Super interesting. Actual real world hard problem to solve. I came from FB and it's such a fucking joy working on something that actually matters. Empowering work environment. Close to 0 office politics. People screwing with the chemistry of team are asked to leave. Compensation is on par with Fb / Google provided you have relevant experience and / or kill it on your interviews.
