We’re very stable company. Which team and role is this for? Some teams are good to pass and not join. Very good benefits, wfh depends on the team.
How’s embedded software teams at Varian? I recently got an interview request
Very good benefits? You’re screwed both ways - If you choose to enroll your spouse in your plan and your spouse is eligible for their plan in their workplace, Varian will put a surcharge on you. If you decline Varian benefits - which are low when you compare with industry btw - they won’t offer cashback like other companies do. Stable company? There is re org every six months. Major projects getting scrapped every day. Where is Tom Yorkey? - silently pushed out.
Software salaries are very low at Varian
Don’t go. On-site parking is a huge problem.
Are they pretty flexible on wfh?
