Hi all Any tips for Amazon first phone screen interview? Position: Sr PM YOE: 20+ I know I might get some behavioral questions along with maybe either or both system design and SDLC. what else to expect? Thx
Prepare a good history of your work experience with quantifiable achievements, challenges, issues, conflicts, disagreements etc. and practice standard behavioral questions using the STAR framework. Expect follow up questions on each of those. You may want to checkout behavioral questions sheet from HOW TO CRACK PM INTERVIEW book, filling it in for all roles and projects will help prepare quality content and practicing it will prepare delivery of it.

Recently did two phone interviews with Amazon. Focus on principles with Customer Obsession being the most important one, ownership next, thinking big third. Use STAR.
