Hi all! I have a phone screen coming up with Reddit for a senior android dev position. What should I expect for their phone screen and also if I were to make it to their “onsite”, what should I expect for it? Standard leetcode questions? I know that their on-site will consist of a couple coding, behavioral, system design. Thanks in advance! Current TC:260k #reddit
I worked at reddit a few years back as an a senior Android dev. Onsite was basically 3 leetcodes with devs , on the easier side of medium. One guy just did two easies.... No actual Android related stuff. And I talked to a manager and product manager behaviorally. Phone screen is a coderpad. It'll be an easier leetcode type question not android specific at least in my case I put zero prep for my interview back then so I'd say they are relatively easy interview wise not gonna kill you for not getting optimum solutions
Not trying to interview, but this is probably why the app is hot garbage. Ask some real Android questions lmao
I did their phone screen and then dropped out before onsite. It was basically leetcode type question with some situational context. Some Android rapid fire questions in the beginning
Can you share with me what leetcode question they asked you? Also why did you drop out?
