My advice is take it very seriously. I nailed the technical rounds and they nailed me on behavioral. I’m surprised how honest the recruiter was because he actually told me which rounds I failed, they usually don’t tell you which one, since I know the fucker that gave me the thumbs down now haha. Think about what actions you take to improve in those areas. The way I see it they are looking for someone that puts thought into developing behavioral skills, not someone that shows up to work and talks to people when seems necessary. I don’t recall the questions exactly, but for each, they might ask, what’s your strategy. For example, what’s your strategy to make people want to engage with you? What’s your strategy to mentorship?
Thank you 👍
