Does anyone have any tips that they can share for sr staff level? For CB, the full process consists of HM screen, which is a behavioral (passed) Virtual onsite A behavioral panel with eng director and an ic7 eng Coding Systems Design Reverse systems design Presumably the behavioral and reverse systems design are the more important ones? I've never interviewed at sr staff level and it seems to be different than even staff, not just "more" staff. Yoe 13 Tc 450? Due to stock being shit. #coinbase

The behavioral and the system design will be the most important. Showing ownership, xfn collaboration, decision making when confronted with ambiguity, aligning multiple teams, etc.
Is the behavioral panel kind of the same as the initial HM screen? Like "How do you..."? Instead of a typical "can you give me an example of..." Way of asking questions?
It is very similar to other companies, “give me an example” kinda question. Lots of people are from big names so they do the same drills.

What’s a reverse system design? You interview them on sys design?
You explain a system you've built.
