Had a recruiter reach out to me about this role instead of the Technical Solutions Consultant role in the gTech space. The doc she sent me basically sounds like an implementation manager, but I don't see it listed anywhere on their careers site and those who have this role on linkedin come from business degrees like me. Anybody have any input? What should I expect as far interview and/or role? Anything I should study specifically? TC - 🥜 (60k)
Go for it. It is more pay than 60k for sure.
Lol 100%
This is a very wide group of roles. Some of them will be similar to implementation managers while others might be data analytics and some others more like program managers. It could be client facing or internal facing. Hard to say on your specific role what could it be. Definitely better comp than your current one. Interview most likely around problem solving, project management, stakeholder management. Maybe specific technical area of expertise needed for the role.
Hey OP any update on your interview and if you know anything about TC?
Hey! Passed the onsite, now in the allocation pool. Going to TM first then HC; so no numbers yet, but minimum base in CO is 106k, someone internally told me 135 is base for L4 in NY. Im going to aim for 140-145k + RSU + bonus
Awesome and congratulations!! Any tips on studying and passing the onsite? I have mine set for next week
Deff practice your behavioral and scenario based questions a lot. A lot of what you do if we planned x scenarios. Use STAR method, plan ur stories beforehand and use frameworks. practiceinterviews.com helped a ton. good luck! pm me if you need anything else

I think it's figuring out business solutions... I had a friend who was in this role. At L6 they were figuring out something with optimizing device customer support processes. I'll have to research to get more details
