Curious to know whether anybody waiting for H1B transfer premium decision, filed before April 5? Anyone who did not receive decision after 15 days? I'm on the same boat and below is My case history: Filed with California service center. Type: H1B transfer FedEx Sent: April 3 FedEx Delivered: April 4 Reciept Generated: April 5 Premium clock started: April 5 Update: Case approved: April 15 Approval notification received: April 16 early morning
Premium processing matters only after your petition is picked up. Before the lottery results are announced, it didn't mean shit.
