Anyone Thought That You Performed Well In The Final Interview But Ended Up Getting Rejected? Vice Versa?
Basically title. I'd like to hear where you thought you did well but ended up getting rejected. Also if you thought you performed poorly (could've improved on coding, architecture, behavioral portion) but ended up getting an offer. TC: 100k

Even if you did great , the school that you went to was probably a huge factor
A lot happened during the onsite. You meet a bunch strangers whose roles are to judge you, most likely with a lot of biases too. They will try to write feedback based on first impression. In some interviews you think you performed well but totally remember only the good parts. Some interviews you think you did poorly but might give some signals which the interviewers were looking for. Coding interview is not perfect. Don’t read too much into it. Just move on. (Bonus relationship advice)
