Anyone built their own house on sloped land in the Bay Area?
I’m thinking of hiring people to help me build a home and trying to begin thinking of the cost. I hear it’s anywhere between $200-$300 per square foot, but not sure if prices are higher in the Bay Area. Does anyone have experience with this? If so, how much did it cost and how long did it take?

Average is 400 per sq foot for a decent builder. For slopes land you’ll need to pay a bit more

my contractor had told me ~$350-$400 per sq foot (not on sloped land though).
