Got 3 offers unnegotiated (3.5 yrs exp). I really want to go to the 1st company, but I d be stupid to let go 80k liquid. I can tell company 1 to give me more money, but idk how to do it. Anyone want to help me? 160k TC (great project, company, team, etc) 240k TC 120k + 1% of comp I also have 4 more final rounds with the best companies who can probably make my TC go high . Can I leverage this?
Leverage anything you can, but only larger companies (re especially not scrappy startups) will likely be able and willing to match or beat your other offers.
Yes, telling them you have a final round is a good idea. It helps build trust with the recruiter and buys you more time. It’s understandable to wait and hear an offer after you make it that far... dm me, happy to help with negotiations.
I ran out of dms :( if you wanna use one, I ll be forever grateful

I'd just be straight with them and tell them you like them the most but don't expect them to match the offer. You do want more and if you can get something higher you'd take it. You'll probably have to give them a number though, and don't expect to make it any higher after that. If they meet it and you don't take it, insta-blacklist.
So just email them today or over the phone? Also can I leverage 4 final rounds I still have at high liquid TC companies?
Always over the phone
