Anyone cleared facebook hiring committee (hc) and got an offer this week?
I interviewed facebook two weeks ago. Rceuiter said my app move forward to next steps last week. I dont have any update since then. Anybody can share your experience? Very nervous about the result especailly heard that there are hiring freeze of DS positions.
Facebook takes a long time to review headcounts, at each level there is a very high chance of rejection. Be patient and keep interviewing until u sign
Yes. Totally agree. But still want to know my chance about Facebook. Just think I’m so close this time. We can continue interviewing but there are just one Facebook :)
I got my rejection after 2 weeks of false hope, also facebook isnt as desirable as you think it is. If you are so close to fb u can go other top tier techs with similar comp but better culture
Yes. I got my offer 3 days ago and will be accepting it today. They are indeed slow.
How long does it take you?
I think over a week. Or maybe 10 days.

Cleared this month. I told them to speed it up and they turned around with an offer in less than a week. Still deciding where to go. They can go fast just like how Google HC can go fast if they really want you.
I got my feedback and verbal offer within 3 days.
If anyone here was on waitlist, did you get a written offer?
