Anyone else not finding jobs to apply to?
All of my previous interviews were either through recruiters reaching out directly on LinkedIn or through friends referrals. I am no longer getting as many recruiters reaching out, and my linkedin or google searches are not returning any thing I am interested in. How are y all finding jobs to apply to? I am an android developer btw and looking for mid level roles. Referrals would be appreciated! #jobopening #layoffs #referral #android
I’m in the same position myself; less recruiters and the opportunities I get are less paying too. Easy Apply on LinkedIn has done absolutely nothing for me either. At this point, referrals and hard networking are key. Consider contract work in the mean time. TC: 90K
Same, I get around 2 recruiter emails now per week, and the 7 company rounds I’ve been through/ going through have all been via networking or recruiter reaching out.
