Does anyone hate the workday platform companies use for recruiting? 1. The ocr is extremely bad, which always makes me invest more time in cleaning it and manually doing it would be much faster 2. You have to make an account for every single application to a different company. Why is this even necessary? 3. It’s UI also sucks. #tech
I also skip -_-
2. is really bad. It’s workday - don’t expect anything innovative
don’t even know why companies pay for workday/oracle products application modules. guidehouse/smatrecruiters have simple one form. No recruiter is smart enough to understand all info.
Workday is a dream compared to Taleo, Kenexa, and others. And that's sad.
As of recent, I've been using workday quite a bit.
Finally someone had to tell it.
You’re Absolutely right
Yep, I skip every app that uses workday. Looking at snap and nvidia
Adobe as well 😓😓😓
Please keep skipping them. I want a job at SNC, GD, or some other defense company. Less competition lol :(
I literally don’t apply if a company uses workday. It’s so bad
I agree, sometimes it’s so painful to fill it out that I just close the tab 😅
+1 I even sent a note to Walmart HR who reached out to me on LinkedIn saying their platform sucks
