Anyone faced this with loandepot

I have one mortgage refinance request in-progress with loan depot. The loan is approved but the loan processor is not scheduling the closing date. And the closing date has passed. The frustrating part is they do not reply either to email or call. Anyone has faced this ? What to do ? Again I do not want to start the process with a new bank. Please let me know if anyone faced this and what to do?

Call the customer help line and speak to a different person. This happened to us and turns out our original consultant got covid :/

This. Usually there is a backup contact /manager email in the email notes too.

This exact thing happened with us. We had to call customer service and escalate the matter. After that, it all went smooth.

Just insider FYI here, the loan will get done. Title companies taking a LONG time to get stuff done. We can’t control their pace and it helps to check with you loan officer or management.

Correct loan depot.. if only the loan processor responds.. like i said the frusstrating part is them not responding.

Have you copied loan processor’s boss, your agent and his boss all in an email and asked for an update and shared your concerns? That worked for me

Yes. I tried that and finally I see some action on the loan. Hopefully I can close on feb.
