Is it only me or do others get to a point in their career after 15 or more years where they are having a hard time managing their career and can't find a good long term career plan that results in upward mobility? Seems hard to stay relevant in an increasingly competitive environment.
don't feel disappointed, we have only life, make most out of it, travel often, if you are a developer change the field to something like devops, data science where not many people have much experience you will be better off there or move to project or program management and enjoy life.
We all need to fight. Look you are your competition. If you can do better than what u did yesterday it’s progress keep trying you will fail a few times don’t ever give up. You are never too old to fight a new battle
