I am at l65.. got an offer for LMTS.. from https://www.levels.fyi/?compare=Salesforce,Microsoft,Google&track=Software%20Engineer it looked about right..
Just FYI: My friend did and he liked SF in terms of pace of work and salary. But don’t feel that people are much more technical as in Microsoft. He was in Azure ML as lvl 64 that’s why probably but I guess different orgs have different tech bar at MS.
Was he a swe? What level did he map to Salesforce? I am assuming PMTS?
