Anyone here in a cleared role with Amazon AWS? Looking for an idea on compensation, WLB and interview process.

I don’t necessarily know what this means but I’m going to assume you’re looking for my TC? We don’t get stock or anything like that but… YOE ~ 10 years in the cleared space Base Salary $200k 401k - 8% if you do at least 2% Bonuses vary for performance but referral bonuses are $10k WLB - I work 40 hrs/week and go home
