Upper L4: ~3k euro/month(after taxes, ofc) got ~60k grant when Google bought Fitbit and a ~50k refresher after 2y. I'd say an L3 should be 4/5 of this, as I'm lower in the band than I should be, but it's hard to say for certain. Salaries are ok with the current RO market, but being a contractor can pay a lot more.
