Anyone looking for staff SWE role at midsized Chicago based tech company?

My team here at SpotHero just opened up a staff engineer role (backend - Java/Kotlin focused, some python here and there). Considering the recent big tech layoffs figured I'd post here to see if anyone's interested. It's a really chill culture and pretty awesome WLB. Good job security (we're essentially the AirBNB of parking and have been around for about a decade. Dont have any notable competitors, we don't pip people and I've never seen anyone in engineering actually get fired during my tenure here). VERY low pressure low stress environment. Pay's decent for the Midwest, probably between $180 -$200k base, maybe more depending on the candidate, legit unlimited PTO (We're encouraged to take a MINIMUM of 6 weeks each year and management never questions a PTO request) and are full remote. Although if you're in the Chicago, Toronto or NYC area, you can go into the office too if that's your thing. We have a solid recruiting team, so interview process moves along pretty quickly and we don't do LC style interviews. US or CA residents only - there are also some restrictions on which states/provinces we can hire from fyi. Edit: This is what we consider a "critical" role, so it does require at least 5 years of experience in previous Senior/Senior+ roles. #tech #hiring
