Applied for a couple design positions there and was wondering what it was like, particularly Stamford office.
What are you looking at?
AVP, User Experience Interaction Designer and Design Director positions.
Stanford office is good, if you are already from the area, you will like it.
Just a follow up on Stamford, how's WFH situation now and any hint if they'll offer permanent or flex time like 3 days a week WFH?
How is working from home approached there? I just had a phone screen and when I posed the question, the recruiter’s first response was “Wellll, they’re really trying to move away from that...”. If it’s going to be questionable, It’s a non starter for me.
That might be manager/team dependent. I work pretty much whenever I need to work from home without restrictions. Most meetings are through webex. Check with your hiring manager.
What’s the base comp and bonus for an SVP role?
I was looking at the Dayton office myself for a VP job.
