Anyone working at LinkedIn with some insight?

Sourcing help here because we have tried to fix this via the normal channels and have gotten nowhere, and it’s critical. Does anyone know how to get help with a LinkedIn account that has been locked out? My friend has been trying desperately to get his account unblocked, we are working together to do user research for a product we’re working on and need LI to communicate. Any help would be incredibly useful, we are getting desperate here 😅 TC 230k
