Apex systems recruiter disappeared after final interview
So I interviewed for a Nike Contractor position through Apex Systems as a Data Analyst, after the final interview, which was on 3/22, I had daily conversation with the recruiter about the status of my application, and they keep saying that you can wait one more day or one more week and we’ll definitely have an answer for you. The recruiter’s last communication was this Monday, which she said “ we will have an answer for you tomorrow”, but of course she didn’t, and is not returning my email or phone calls right now. Has anyone experienced complete ghosting like this? TC:140

Sounds like Apex. I've heard similar stories from people in Colorado. They probably don't have a signed contract with Nike and are waiting for them to sign before they talk next steps with you. It could work out or it could fall through. The recruiter probably doesn't even know.

Probably. This behavior is pretty common across all staff-aug style staffing firms.

Project was likely cancelled with the client, they still should’ve told you but maybe they quit/got fired.
