App development profile - Accenture

Hi all, my brother received an offer letter for the profile- Packaged App Development Associate. He is from BCom background. Not sure if he should accept the offer and what kind of work he will be doing in this profile? Will it be beneficial for his future or not? If anyone from non tech background is working in this profile, I would love to know more details and your perspective on this
