Trash Indian tech support companies that exploits thousands of young Engineers for cheap labor and pay them poverty wages, while over working them apparently need to be applauded. If we applaud companies by those standards that makes Amazon a literal Heaven. Do you agree with this?
Could you please post a link to the actual LinkedIn post, I just want to know which a*hole put up that post.
Sure, "eventually feeding the industry" by filling entry level jobs at high yoe because these companies don't offer any useful learning or skills to their employees. People are pretty much wasting their life, many people I know join here because employment gap, especially right after college can be potentially career ending in India. Once that attitude changes, let's see how many people join.
It’s funny, some Witch Engineers come out even worse after a couple of years at WITCH
True
Poverty wage? ? I guess these are folks from Wharton university.
The 3L/annum salary that most witch employees get is literally poverty wage.
Lol. Dude. You never been in poverty. So stop using the word poverty. People who don’t have food informant of them are living in poverty. Poverty makes homeless.
Apparently this chocksucker: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/bhaskergupta_large-it-firms-like-tcs-infosys-wipro-are-activity-6889475194382102528-nn8w @OP - lol.. i can still read what you tried redacting. 😆
It was a half hearted effort 😅
We need to also need to see the fact that witch keeps unemployment low in India. Witch is doing a lot of favor by absorbing surplus labour which would be jobless. If somebody feels exploited then they can obviously change companies and get better jobs.
You don’t know how exploitation works.
I know how exploitation works, but it's better than masses of engineers remaining unemployed in India. If someone feels bright enough they can obviously come to any other companies. It provides a platform for people who wouldn't even get hired by anyone in first place.
OP ignore these posts on Linkedin. Its a garbage pile like twitter now.
I pray for the day when government bans 2 month notice period.
